We are looking to hire the best architects and developers the industry has to offer, we can compensate at a levels that will attract and hold you. Candidates need to be proven quantities with regard to developing in java, python, scala.  We build frameworks at SPIMEWAVE based upon advanced patterns development and elaboration processes which means you'll need the ability to spot abstractions and work with loosely coupled architectures rather than hacking out quick solutions.  Candidates will work in one of two divisions, client facing consulting or commercial development for our CEG: Component Engineering Group.  We realize it's a new field and no one really has 10 years in the trenches, but coming from a background of delivering in the following areas: JBOSS/AMQ/SPRINGSOURCE/MAVEN/GIT/MAPREDUCE and SCALA is a prerequisite that translates quickly into this field.  Experience with ANTLR and DSL design helps quite a bit.  You'll also need to be a team engineer as no man is an island at SPIMEWAVE. We have a collaborative design and development environment and teamwork is the key to success here.  Candidates with decades in the field are considered emeritus, candidates with a decade are senior, candidates with 5 or more years are junior and less than that are considered entry level.  We seek all levels of experience and welcome your resume.  We are a serious and firmly processed engineering environment.
